We accept only card payments (EC, Visa, Master etc.) - no cash and no deferred payments. Appointments on Saturday mornings (9-12) are billed as regular weekday consultation hours. Appointments on Saturday afternoons (12-16) are billed as per GOT 2022 in the emergency service at a higher multiple than in the regular consultation hours during the week, and with a €59.5 emergency service fee.

The clinic is located on Alma Wartenberg Platz in Ottensen, 1 minute from the Zeisehallen and Hohenesch bus stations. The Altona and Ottensen S-Bahn stations are both only 8 minutes away.
