Just kitten around with ...

Dr. Anna Bodoky

Why do you love Berlin?
Dr. Anna Bodoky
I love this city because it's always so lively: there's always something going on. But Berlin is also very family and dog friendly, a perfect mix of big and small city. I also find it so exciting to live together with so many different cultures! When I was in Berlin for the first time, I knew right away that I wanted to move here one day.
How did you come to be a veterinarian today?
Dr. Anna Bodoky
I can only give a very common answer to that: I always wanted to work with animals. As a child I already had my own "animal clinic" in our garden :)
What do you think makes the bond between a pet and its two-legged friend so special?
Dr. Anna Bodoky
Animals are like toddlers. On the one hand it means great responsibility, on the other hand we get each other boundless love, positive energy and lots of fun. That makes this relationship special in the whole life of the pet, which unfortunately is not long enough.
What do you like to do most when you are not at the practice?
Dr. Anna Bodoky
I spend most of my free time with my little son, my husband and of course with my little dog. We love to go to museums and to nature together. This leaves time for my own hobbies such as: Theater, reading, pole dancing, riding, dancing hardly time.
Do you have a pet yourself? If so, what kind?
Dr. Anna Bodoky
I have a nine year old dog, Leika, she is a wonderful little black terrier mix. I spend as much time as I can with her and we do a lot of dog sports like agility and dog dancing. She is also the best friend of my one and a half year old son :)

We are looking forward
to meeting you.
