Why do you love Hamburg?

Because I'm a real Hamburg girl and it's home.

How did you come to be a vet today?

It really was my childhood dream to work with animals. Ever since I was little, I've found most animals interesting.

What do you find most challenging about your job?

Not only treating the animals' illnesses, but also being a psychologist for the owners.

What do you think makes the bond between a pet and its two-legged friend so special?

Our pets have no conditions - they love us as we are, we understand each other without many words and don't have to explain ourselves.

Do you have a pet yourself?

Two dogs: a beagle and a golden retriever.
