Online-only video treatment is currently not possible for regulatory reasons.
Video visits are therefore only offered in a supportive capacity as part of an existing treatment relationship.

For regulatory reasons, a video appointment is only possible for existing clients as support in an existing treatment relationship.
You can reschedule or cancel your video appointment from your Rex account. Please cancel at least 1 hour in advance, so we can help other pets in need.
We specialize in pets and small animals. Dogs, cats and rabbits are very welcome here.
You can easily pay for the video appointment online. Currently we offer the following payment methods: Debit card, credit card and PayPal.
One of our Rex vets will ask questions, take a look at your pet (the back camera of your mobile is great for that!) and discuss treatment options or next steps, as applicable. In some cases, a clinic visit or an appointment with a specialist may be recommended.
