Like all veterinarians in Germany, we bill on the basis of the valid fee schedule for veterinarians (GoT) of the Federal Veterinary Chamber. Saturdays are not regular consultation hours, so all Saturdays appointments are charged as emergency service, incl. a €50 emergency service fee. Prior booking online or via phone is still required for Saturdays.
In general, we are an appointment practice. However, we also make appointments at short notice - even for emergencies. You are welcome to make an appointment via our platform.
