For regulatory reasons, a video appointment is only possible for existing clients as support in an existing treatment relationship.
No - Through telemedicine, we offer only a consultation. If treatment or prescription is necessary refer to our clinic - where we will be happy to help!
We reserve up to 15 minutes for each video appointment to ensure a thorough consultation. If you can’t make it on time, please reschedule from your Rex account.
Through telemedicine, we offer advice, and consultation with our physicians in the same treatment case when an on-site appointment has already taken place. We cannot diagnose, treat or prescribe purely through telemedicine - this requires an on-site visit.
Our video appointment runs for 15 minutes. This allows us to ensure that our veterinarians have enough time to evaluate your best friend, advise you and address any questions or concerns.
Our video appointment currently costs 25€ incl. VAT.
